It will be very hard to find good hotels for our need. Why do we need to book Car with Driver earlier? The peak tourist season all the travel agents and experience drivers will be busy. Neck of the moment, we can’t find a suitable car and good driver. If you book at the earliest, you can get comfortable car & knowledgeable driver. What about Food & Drinking water? We suggest to take non spice food or specially ordered South Indian food. Also we suggest using mineral water for drinking. What about Alcohol and drugs? Alcohol is permissible in particular shops (Wine Shop), Bars and Hotels. All kind of Drugs (Like marivana, Brown Sugar, etc) are prohibited in all over India. If you have things, it's highly punishable. About Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation of tour services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour cost 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour cost 07 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour cost 48 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost Less than 48hours or No Show: No Refund Code of Conduct Namaste is the most common way of greeting in India, which is done by folding the hands and tilting the head forward.
